What we will Accept
Materials such as demolition must be free of excess dirt and trash. Example Pvc Pipe.
Materials must be separated. Example. Concrete and Brick.
Concrete with Rebar is okay to dump.
Dirty materials will be charged by ton if contaminated.
Drivers must weigh in heavy then dump material and weigh out light. Only one light weight is needed per day.
This helps us keep better track of how much material we have in yard. And thus provide a discount to you when you want to purchase recycled material. Example Base Rock.
There will be a separate pile for clean and contaminated materials. Please Pick piles accordingly if you need help Ask the scale operator.
Different piles consist of Demo concrete, Demo Asphalt, Brick.
On the rare occasion that the scale house operator is not there. Example on lunch and etc. Please drive on the scale wait for approximately 15 seconds then drive off your weight will still be recorded.
Mixed loads or Contaminated materials will be charged at $5 Per Ton
Price is subject to change.
Separated materials will not be charged. Example dirt, rocks, demo
